Activists want to hold Kharkiv Pride in Ukraine

Organisers want to hold Kharkiv pride in September.

The sixth Kharkiv Pride is planned to be held in Kharkiv from September 7 to 15. The organisers of the event reported this on their social networks.

The pride will include a charity festival, a ceremonial official opening of the PrideHub, a commemoration of the fallen LGBTQI+ soldiers, and a march. At the same time, the organisers expect that the September pride will become one of the largest LGBTQI+ events in the country.

The slogan of Kharkiv Pride this year is “Together for equality and victory.” This slogan has already been used at Kyiv Pride and other foreign prides. The organisers will soon publish a more detailed program of the pride.
