SevilFest announces the program "Hold on, I Have Something to Say”

The Sevil International Women’s Documentary Film Festival, in collaboration with the “Nadjima” Women’s Association, has announced the launch of the program “Hold on, I Have Something to Say.”

The program is designed for children aged 12 to 14 and aims to create a space where they can freely express their thoughts and emotions, collaborate with friends, and develop their creativity.

According to the Sevil Festival, through short performances, improvisation, and storytelling exercises, participants will both build self-confidence and discover the value of teamwork.

“These sessions provide an ideal platform to enhance children’s imagination, communication skills, and emotional expression. ‘Hold on, I Have Something to Say’ is a creative journey where every child finds their voice.”

The sessions will be led by Aynur Zarrintac — theatre director, educator, founder of the Ritual Theatre and Creativity Laboratory, and lecturer at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (ADMIU).

The two-day program will take place on October 17 and 18, with each session lasting three hours.
