Jamila Hashimova wins “The Voice Azerbaijan”

The winner of the third season of “The Voice Azerbaijan”, a show that has captivated the country’s music lovers for months, has been announced. The news was reported by 12xal.

Jamila Hashimova, who competed as a member of Röya Aykhan’s team in the final, earned 45% of the audience vote and was crowned the winner of the competition.

On the final night, Jamila performed three different pieces on stage, showcasing both her vocal ability and stage presence. She began with a rendition of Alla Pugacheva’s famous song “Позови меня с собой” ("Call Me With You").

In her second solo performance, she presented “Bu gecə” ("Tonight") by Akif Islamzadeh, one of the classical figures of Azerbaijani music.

Finally, Jamila returned to the stage with her mentor, Röya Aykhan, to perform the popular hit “Ağlama” ("Don’t Cry").

The overall results in the final were as follows:

2nd place: Ilgar Bakirov – 22% (Team Zülfiyya Khanbabayeva)

3rd place: Sanat Asuat – 20% (Team Eldar Gasimov)

4th place: Fuad Mehdiyev – 13% (Team Murad Arif)
