Pride Week at School Number 225

The students of School Number 225 have announced on Instagram that they will be celebrating Pride Week. The first Pride Week at the school is planned to take place from October 9th to 15th.

The organisers stated in their announcement:

"As the mavis (red. gays) of our school, we will not remain silent, we will not be afraid, and we will not bow down."

"What unites us is our resilience to face pressures, abuse, and discrimination, despite being subjected to them. We stand united in our fight."

"Now is the time for us to once again demonstrate our existence to the same queerphobic, misogynistic, fascist, and sexist system that ignores us during the first Pride Week at our school, from October 9th to 15th."
