Police attacked the 4th Eskişehir Pride March, LGBTI+ activists were detained under torture. This was reported by Kaos GL. 

The police attacked the 4th Eskişehir Pride March, planned to be held in front of the Nation Monument today on June 9, and 10 LGBTI+ activists were detained before the press statement and march took place.

The Nation Monument, where the press statement was to be held, was blockaded by the police hours before.

LGBTI+ activists and lawyers were not notified of any restraining order before the attack.

The police responded to the crowd's demand to see the ban decision with detention. Journalists who wanted to record the attack were prevented from filming.
