Two clubs shut down in Kyrgyzstan for “promoting LGBT”

The State Committee for National Security (SCNS) of Kyrgyzstan has shut down and sealed two nightclubs in Bishkek: "Kombinat Plur" and "Kats." They are accused of corrupting young people and promoting LGBT.

"In the nightclubs 'Kats' and 'Kombinat Plur', young people were allegedly corrupted through involvement in the LGBT community. During inspections, psychotropic drugs and so-called 'pharmacy narcotics' were found. These nightclubs have been closed and sealed," the SCNS press service was quoted as saying by Kaktus Media.

Another club, Nox, got away with just a "preventive and explanatory session." All raids took place on the night of July 5.
