Two Azerbaijani films selected for this year’s Fringe! Queer Film & Arts Festival

The upcoming Fringe! Queer Film & Arts Festival in London will feature works by two Azerbaijani directors. 

Mehriban Karimova’s Home Within (2024) and Nargiz Mammadli’s CityScape Dreams (2024) have been selected for the programme Make Yrself at Home, which explores queer notions of home through themes of migration, chosen families, love, and borderless community-building.
