Aurora raises LGBTQI+ flag at Tbilisi concert

Famous singer Aurora raised the LGBTQI+ flag during her Tbilisi concert. 

On June 22, the Norwegian singer performed on the "Tbilisi Open Air" stage. During her performance, activists from the NGO "Tbilisi Pride" threw an LGBTQI+ flag onto the stage.

The singer immediately raised the flag, sending a message of support to Georgia's queer community. Aurora also raised the national flag of Georgia during her performance.

The artist came out as queer in 2019. She often highlights that her albums are inspired by trans/queer/drag communities. Aurora is globally known for her famous single "Runaway," which entered the Billboard Top #1 Hot Songs list.
