10 propaganda reports were filed against a student in Moscow
Prior to this, a criminal case had already been opened against the student for “rehabilitation of Nazism.”
Moscow's Butyrsky District Court has received 13 administrative charges against Ilya Kostyakov, a student at the Russian State Social University (RSSU). Ten of them relate to "propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations online," while three more relate to "intentional public desecration of religious literature, objects, or symbols."
Ekaterina Mizulina previously drew attention to Kostyakov when his TikTok video about the siege of Leningrad appeared. In the video, the student looks into the camera with the caption: "Think about it... the residents of besieged Leningrad lived without bubble tea for three years..." Mizulina called the joke "unacceptable" and appealed to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for an investigation.
