Murad is a talented queer stylist and artist who has made significant contributions to the fashion and art industries in Istanbul, Moscow and Baku. He has worked closely with Roya Aykhan, “Nergiz” magazine, ELLE Russia, L’OFFICIEL Azerbaijan, Eurovision Azerbaijan, PAP Magazine, BESTYLE, ELELE, BEMAN magazines.
The artist talks about the impact of systematic discrimination and oppression against the LGBTQI+ community in Azerbaijan on him and, at the same time, on the queer art scene.
