"Media Lens" training program

The Media team of the "Women's Leadership School" program, organised by Baku Community Space, invites participants to the "Media Lens" training program.

The main purpose of the project is to support journalists and media workers to write news headlines and content on gender-based topics in a neutral, unbiased, and professional manner.

Students studying journalism, graduates, and media workers aged between 18-35 living in Baku can apply for the project. Selected participants will receive free training on topics such as "Ethical issues in journalism", "How does the media affect the audience?", "Why is the language chosen by the press important?", "Digital storytelling in the media" and other subjects.

The training will be conducted in Azerbaijani by experts in social and media fields. At the end of the project, active participants will be awarded certificates and gifts.

The program duration is 1 month, with 6 sessions on weekends from 10:00 to 13:00. The deadline for applications is April 25, 2023, at 23:59.
